What You'll Do
  • Strategy, plans, designs, implementation, training, documentation, support and maintenance of business systems for various kinds of medium sized businesses in the UK, Europe and US.
  • Mostly using off-the-shelf, cloud-based, api-enabled apps and where required using low-code platforms to integrate or augment functionality.
  • We work in all areas of the business - operations, finance, legal, marketing, hr etc.
  • More specifically you can be expected to:
  • Dive into researching and evaluating new apps, solutions and low-code platforms to shape client tech strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients to get a feel for their business needs, improve their processes and suggest, design, deploy and maintain solutions that help them grow bigger, stronger and more sustainable.
  • Get hands-on with databases, low-code integrations, and user-friendly interfaces to create and maintain awesome solutions tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Act as support and troubleshooting pro for clients, digging into issues and fi guring out root causes to get them back to fi ring on all cylinders.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, engineering, business, operations management, or something similar.
  • Certifications: Make - Advanced Certification; Airtable - Builder Certification
  • Experience: 3+ years in the professional services world, focusing on delivering tech solutions to clients.
  • Tech Skills: We're obsessed with the latest and greatest in tech! Our playground includes awesome tools like Make, Airtable, Noloco, Softr and AI (many different ones) —the perfect combo for building innovative solutions. We're not just users; we're super users of databases, ETL processes, and integration solutions.
