that was drowning in admin and billing. They knew there had to be a better way than spending all of their nights dotting their i’s and crossing their t’s. So off they went and built themselves an integrated solution.

This solution captures the details of a new client onto their database (CRM) via an online form. Once the form is submitted the integration automatically creates the relevant folders on their G Drive, entries on their time keeping app for quick selection and sends a pre-populated contract to their new client.

Once the contract is signed online, a pdf copy is saved on the CRM system and a new client is created on their accounting platform in order to generate billing at the end of the project cycle.

Once the project has commenced, the daily time tracking app sends automatic updates on project timing and billing every morning after the team has done work on that specific project. At the end of the month (or the end of the project) an invoice is automatically generated and sent to the client for work done during the previous month.
